Do I need a survey if the lender has valued the property?
A lender’s valuation serves the lending decision. It is not a substitute for your own condition survey. The right survey depends on the building and the information you need.
Will I see the full price, including VAT?
Yes. The quote tool displays a VAT-inclusive price where the information allows an estimate. Complex properties and some services need individual assessment before pricing is confirmed.
Can you help me choose between Level 2 and Level 3?
Yes. Tell us about the building, alterations and your concerns. Online guidance is provisional; suitability is confirmed before accepting an instruction.
Does requesting a quote book a survey?
